I have been where you are now and it was through finding a supportive counsellor, that gave me the space to really be heard, that lead to my journey into becoming a counsellor myself.

In my practice, I aim to offer, a safe space where you can explore what is going on in your life, at your own pace and help you to discover how to move forward.
I am a fully qualified member of the British Association of Councillors and Psychotherapists (BACP) and fully insured. This means I am regulated by their ethical framework which means I can offer you the best care possible. I am trained in Person Centred Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and will use these skills dependent on the methods that feel most helpful to you.

  • Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling

Fees

I have some limited availability at a concessional rate, please ask for more details. Concessions are offered for:

  • Keyworkers
  • Students
  • Trainee counsellors

 

I offer a 20-minute telephone consultation free of charge, to ensure we are a good fit.

I work solely with adults and the rates per session are as follows:

  • £40 Online
  • £45 Face to Face
  • £35 Concessions

 

I understand that cancellations are unavoidable, I ask that you please provide me with 24hrs notice or you may be liable for the cost of your appointment.
