Serena, our Massage and Sports Therapist, has over a decade of experience in the Sports Massage and Spa industry and has built up an extensive clientele in the Cheshire area, ranging from professional sports men and women, post operative spinal surgery referrals, dancers, marathon runners, business people, full time mums and people recovering from serious operations, accidents and injuries. Serena treats a range of conditions such as back, neck or shoulder problems, anxiety, insomnia, cramp, spasms, joint stiffness, headaches and other muscular ailments. Injury prevention and injury rehabilitation, post natal and anti natal massage. Qualified in Hypnotherapy she uses a combination of Hypnosis and NLP in practice to get the best possible results.
