Our resident Hypnotherapist is Dylan Powell. Dylan trained in Manchester, in both Hypnotherapy and Life Coaching. For more than ten years he’s been studying various elements of Emotional Health and Healing.

Dylan’s approach is relaxed and non–judgemental, it begins with good old-fashioned listening. As each client is different, he tailors his approach uniquely to suit them. This typically includes Hypnotherapy and elements of NLP, EMDR and Life Coaching.
Therapy is a partnership, and as such, Dylan often assigns “homework”, skills, techniques and reading assignments which will be self- help tools to take away.
What is Hypnotherapy? It’s merely a relaxed state of mind. If you have ever been engrossed in a good book, daydreamed, or driven your car on “autopilot” busy thinking about your destination, then you’ve been in a state of light trance.
The state of trance merely allows us to access not only the conscious, but the unconscious mind. This is often what is really driving our behaviours, fears, worries.
Everyone is completely aware of what is happening, you will remember everything and at any time may choose not to proceed.
Everything discussed in the course of therapy is in complete confidence.
Prices: Sessions are typically 50 minutes @ £40 (doubles by arrangement).
First consultation is completely free. During this initial meeting we will assess, if and how we might help. If we believe, something or someone else might be better suited to the client, we’ll be honest. Equally if the client chooses, for whatever reason, not to proceed, that’s fine too.
Therapy may be terminated by the client at any time.
